LeMans 2020

As the F1 season draws to a close, the time has come for the return of Le Mans at RaceStation! On Sunday 21st June at 7pm UK time, we will be running a 2-hour endurance race using the modern era LMP1 cars (any LMP1 car from 2011 onwards, hybrid or non-hybrid).

Only four of each model of car will be allowed on the grid, so drivers will need to sign up to say what they would like to drive on a first come first served basis.

There will be a 30-minute qualifying session prior to the race, which will be timed at 2 hours. But this time there is an extra incentive, the top 3 drivers will be awarded trophies for the first time in RaceStation history! With the winner being awarded the Phil Cook trophy, named in honour of our dear friend Phil, aka Demonracer74 who we tragically lost recently. In addition to the trophies, a grand prize of £50 will go to the winner!

If you would like to take part in the race, pop your name in the comments below with the car and driver number you wish to use. And if you’re looking for more Le Mans than just the LMP1 race, the finale of the GT3 Championship will be taking place on the Wednesday before the main race as a support event which is also double points! We hope to see you out there on the public roads of Le Mans!
